Quiche Lorraine

Ingredients: 1 Butter Puff Pastry Roll 2 whole Eggs 2 egg yolks 1 cup of Diced Pancetta 1 cup of Emmental 1 cup of Creme Fraiche 1 cup of Milk 1/3 cup of oignon Salt & Pepper Pinch of Nutmeg Step 1: Preheat your oven at 425 degrees F. Roll out your dough in a pie dish. With a fork, pinch your dough and let it rest in the fridge for a bit. Step 2: Cook the diced pancetta in a medium heat pan until you obtain a nice brown color.
