A classic pasta dish, we love it because it's simple to make yet so delicious!
1 box of spaghetti
Grated parmesan or emmental
Diced pancetta or diced chorizo
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 Garlic clove
Pour water in a pan. Once the water is boiling, add your pasta! Do not break your spaghetti, add it to the water by twisting them, so they won't stick together. Add a pinch of salt and cook for 8 minutes al dente.
On medium heat, cook your diced pancetta or diced chorizo for a twist. Throw your garlic clove and black pepper.
Whisk your egg with a little bit of cheese.
When the meat is golden and cook, turn off the heat, take off the garlic clove, and add some pasta and your egg.
When ready to serve, add a pinch of pepper and cheese et voilà!
