Carrots, Peas and Sausages

Sometimes we want something easy and good to eat, but don't really want to spend hours cooking it. With this recipe you will have a dinner ready in no time!
1.5 pound of peas (frozen or fresh)
1 pound of carrots (frozen or fresh)
2 clove of garlic
Salt & Peper
Peel and thinly slice the garlic and onion.
Peel and wash the carrots if you choose to have them fresh and cut them into cubes
Cook the onion and the garlic in a pan with olive oil on medium heat. Cut the sausages and cook them in the pan (or the diced pancetta).
When the meat is almost cooked, add the carrots and stir for a few minutes.
