1 cup of almond powder
1 pinch of salt

Preheat the oven at 350 F
Break the chocolate into pieces then melt the dark chocolate in water bath.
Mix 1 cup of icing sugar with 1 cup of almond powder then stir. As you stir add the melted chocolate to the mix, stir well.
Using an electric mixer, add a pinch of salt then beat egg white in a bowl until soft peaks form. After that, add the remaining icing powder while beating until the texture becomes smooth and shiny. Finally, add this mix gently to the previous mixture.
Using a teaspoon, put small piles of preparation on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cook about 12 minutes.
Peel the macaroons and let them cool on a rack before eating or keeping them in an airtight container.
