Chorizo & Vegetables Croustilland

Fresh, super delightful and beautiful! Those Croustilland is a sensational plus for your table this summer! You can choose to make vegetarian or not, you decide!
Crumbled Goat Cheese Crumbled
4 little bowl or Ramekins
2 tablespoons of melted butter
2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
Red Bell Pepper (marinated)
1 Garlic clove
1 tablespoon of Rosemary
1 tablespoon of Thyme
Preheat your oven at 350 degree F.
Choose four little bowl ("ramekins"), brush them with butter. Lay your Brick Sheet Dough flat and cut it into four pieces (quarters), and put them into the bowls.
Bake the dough until it's golden (for about 5min)
In a medium heat pan, cook your chorizo sausages. Stick a fort in your sausage at different place for to allow the grease to come out while being cooked.
Cut and slice your vegetables (zucchini, red bell pepper, eggplants) and sauté in a medium heat pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Mince your garlic, rosemary and thym and add it to the vegetable's mixture. Cook your vegetable until the vegetable juice is reduced.
Place vegetable mixture in brick dough shells, and sprinkle with goat cheese on top, et voilà!
