Croque Monsieur & Croque Madame

We love it! It so so good, plus the name of this dish is pretty cool! Try it with our Fries à la Truffe as a side. It's the perfect combo!
Preheat the broiler.
Align your slice of bread and coat one side with bechamel sauce. Then, add a slice of ham and a good portion of gruyere.
Place the second slice of bread to make a sandwich and add another tablespoon of bechamel and some gruyere.
Place your sandwich under the grill in your oven for 5 minutes or until there have a golden brown color.
To make a croque-madame, simply add a sunny side up egg, et voilà!
