Another unique way to eat salad! Try this, you won't regret it!
3/4 cup of Ebly
1.5 cups water
Vegetables (tomato, carrot, garlic, olives, cucumber...)
In a pan, cook the garlic, and cut your vegetables into small cubes.
Add water in a pan, let the water boil and then add the Ebly and cook it for about 10 minutes.
For the dressing add mustard, oil of your choice, vinegar, salt, pepper and mix together.
Assemble you dish. Put the ebly in a large bowl, your vegetables and your dressing et voilà!
