Foie Gras Escalope

Foie gras recipes are the best! And even better, there are only two steps to accomplish this recipe!


Ingredients:


Step 1:

Heat a dry pan on high heat. When the pan is hot, arrange the cutlets of raw foie gras and cook 1 minute on each side if fresh and about 5 minutes on each side if frozen.


Step 2:

Drain on paper towels and season with fleur de sel and pepper at the last moment.


For side choose between gratin dauphinois coming directly form Traiteur de Paris.
