Foie Gras Papillotes

French people love Foie Gras! Feel free to use this recipe to impress your guests with some delicious Foie Gras Papillotes!
Brick Dough (Feuilles de Brick)
Balsamic Vinegar or Red Wine Vinegar
Salt and Pepper
Season the foie gras cube with 5 spices, salt & pepper, and cut the brick dough in 4 triangles.
Peel and cut in pieces the rhubarb, and sauté in butter and honey. Do the same with the pears.
Brush the brick dough rectangles with butter and place 1 or 2 foie gras cube. Put the pear and rhubarb on top. Roll and fold the brick, bake few minutes you obtain a golden color.
Prepare the balsamic glaze reduction: pour vinegar with brown sugar into a pan and put in on medium heat. Stir constantly until the sugar has dissolved. Reduce your heat to low and simmer until you obtain the right consistency (the glaze should stick to the spoon).
