French Fries à la Truffe

French fries are not really french but still everybody like french fries. Well, try our French Fries à la Truffe! Truffle fries are so good, so delicate, and so fancy, yet as easy to make as normal french fries!
2 sweet potatoes
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon of provence herbs
1/4 cup freshly finely grated parmesan cheese
Cut your potatoes in a fries form, and soak them in a bowl of cold water for 30 minutes to one hour. Them, let them dry on a towel and pat dry. Preheat your oven at 425 degree F.
Drizzle your potatoes with olive oil, add the paprika, the garlic powder, the provence herbs salt and pepper. Mix well so every fries get to be coated with the seasoning.
Place the potatoes on rack with baking sheet and bake them for 20 minutes. Flip them and bake for another 20 minutes.
Serve with a drizzle of truffle oil and truffle salt.
