Galette des Rois

Ingredients:


puff pastry * 2

almond powder : 7 oz (200 gr)

Sugar : 3.5 oz (100 gr)

Butter : 2.60 oz (75 gr)

Eggs * 2

Egg yolk to glaze + 1



Instructions :


Step 1 : Mix the almond powder, the sugar, the melted butter and the 2 eggs. Unroll the first puff pastry, spread the mixture, leaving 1 cm of edge.


Step 2 : Place the second puff pastry on top and close your cake by folding the edges. Spread out your egg yolk to brown your cake. Draw braces to decorate the top of the cake.



Step 3: Cook it for 20 Minutes to 30 minutes (390 Fahrenheit) (200 Celsius degrees )


Check regularly ,


Let cool for 5 minutes before serving !
