Gratin de Ravioles

500g Ravioles de St Jean
800ml Full Fat Single Cream
100g Grated Gruyere cheese
Place the frozen ravioles in a gratin dish.
Add the full fat single cream and sprinkle the grated emmental.
Put in a pre-heated oven at 180°C (360°F), bake the gratin for 25 minutes
Serve right away.
