Greek Style Burger

Homemade burger are the best! Everything about it is so appealing: the smell of the meat being grilled, the freshness of the vegetables, the vibrant colors! Yum!

Ingredients (for 4):

  • 4 hamburger patties

  • 4 Hamburger buns

  • Salt & Pepper

  • 1/2 cup of feta

  • 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

  • 2 teaspoons of mustard

  • 1/2 cup of roasted red peppers

  • 1/2 red onion

  • 1/2 cucumber

  • Fresh Dill

  • Potatoes

Step 1:

Season your burger with salt and pepper (Hint: add a little bit of paprika to give it a kick!). Then, cook your patties either on the BBQ or with a pan on high heat for about 5 minutes on each side.

Step 2:

While the meat is cooking, mix the feta, yogurt, and mustard until you obtain a creamy consistency. Then, add the lemon juice, the fresh dill and a little bit of salt.

Step 3:

You're ready to eat, almost! It's time to create your masterpiece! Brush your bun with the yogurt mixture, and add your favorite ingredients: cucumber, red onion, cheese, lettuce...the possibilities are endless! Serve with your favorite potatoes!
