Mini Vegetables Tarts
Those mini vegetables tarts are so easy to make and healthy! Make it small, big, for lunch or dinner!
(Pick your favorite vegetables, here are some ideas)
A pinch of flour
4 cloves of garlic
1 jar of roasted peppers
Roll out your pastry puff, and cut out four equal squares. In the middle of every square, add a teaspoon of pesto or tomato sauce. Let it rest while your prepare the garnish.
Chope the garlic, cut all your vegetables into small cubes and mix them all together in a large bowl with a drizzle of olive oil and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degree F.
Add your vegetables in the center of the dough and place a cube of mozzarella and an olive on top of it.
Bake for about 15 (350 degree F) and you're ready to eat!
