Rice pudding with Lavender

Milk, 1,5 L / 50 Fl Oz
Lavender Flower, 1,5 big spoon or 1 Big Spoon of lavender syrup Monin
Lavender Honey, 60 g / 0.13 lbs

Pour the milk into a saucepan, add honey and lavender flowers/syrup, mix and bring to a boil.
Pour the rice in rain, then lower the heat and simmer gently for about 20 minutes. Mix from time to time to prevent the rice from attaching to the pan.
Spread the rice in cups and serve warm or cold.
