Rice pudding with Lavender

This recipe is so easy to do and so flavorful, everyone in the family will love it. You can eat this dessert either cold or hot. Perfect for your brunch!

Ingredients:

  • Round rice, 195 g / 0.43lbs

  • Milk, 1,5 L / 50 Fl Oz

  • Lavender Flower, 1,5 big spoon or 1 Big Spoon of lavender syrup

  • Lavender Honey, 60 g / 0.13 lbs

Preparation steps:

STEP 1

Pour the milk into a saucepan, add honey and lavender flowers/syrup, mix and bring to a boil.

STEP 2

Pour the rice in rain, then lower the heat and simmer gently for about 20 minutes. Mix from time to time to prevent the rice from attaching to the pan.


STEP 3

Spread the rice in cups and serve warm or cold.
