Recipe for 4 to 6 persons Ready in 30 minutes
The Saint-Marcellin cheese will give a nice kick to your fondue!
2 Saint-Marcellin cheeses
250g Fondue cheese
200g Emmental cheese
35cl dry white wine
1 garlic clove
Rub the cut side of the garlic clove around the inside of the fondue pot.
Dice the Saint-Marcellin cheeses. Grate the swiss cheese and the fondue cheese.
First, add the cheeses in the pot and then the white wine
Warm gently, stir until the cheeses have completely melted.
Dice the bread, put the hot pot in the middle of the table and enjoy!
