Sea Bream Fillets With Capers


for 4 persons Prep. time: 17 minutes - Cook time: 12 minutes




Ingredients


8 sea bream fillets

2 garlic cloves or frozen garlic

1 shallot

sour cream

paprika

4 tsp capers

olive oil

Guerande salt

pepper

1 citron


Step 1


Drizzle the bottom of a baking dish with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Spread the oil evenly all over the bottom of the pan.


Step 2


Sprinkle the capers, minced garlic , minced shallots

Heat the fresh cream in a saucepan with 2 teaspoons of paprika.


Step 3


Place the prepared dish in the oven while preheating to 200°C (thermostat 6-7) about 10 minutes.


Step 4


Remove the dish at the end of preheating, and place the sea bream fillets on the capers and garlic. Drizzle the fish of olive oil. Add salt and pepper as desired.


Step 5

Put back in the oven for 12 min. Serve with rice, cooked wheat , and garnish with fresh cream

and put slices of lemon on the sea bream
