If you are like us, you like to finish on a sweet note! Strawberry Cream Pastry sounds so delicious!
8 oz of cream cheese
½ cup of sugar
1 egg white
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
8.8 oz of fresh or frozen strawberries
2 tablespoons of strawberry Jam
Leave your Butter Puff Pastry defrost for about 20minutes.
Mix your cream cheese, sugar, egg white and vanilla extract and stir until you obtain a nice and creamy consistency!
Make 3inches cut in your puff pastry on each side (see video example).
Then, put the cream in the center of the pastry, add the strawberries and jam on top. Close your pastry by forming a braid.
Brush your pastry with egg wash and put in the oven at 375 degree F for about 30minutes. Et
