Do you want something a little bit more original than a caesar salad? We have what you need! Try this, it is just so good and refreshing!
Flat leaf parsley
1 cup of fresh mint
1 can of tuna
1/2 cup of oil
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
Salt & Pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Add water and a pinch of salt to a pan and heat it up until you see the water boiling. When the water boils, turn off the heat, then pour the semolina and oil and stir with a fork to detach all grains. Cover the pan and let the semolina swell for 5 minutes.
Prepare your vegetable: chopped your parsley and mint. Cut the tomatoes and onion into small cubes.
In a large bowl, mix the semolina, chopped tomatoes, chopped onions, olives, mint, parley, lemon juice, salt and pepper, salad oil. Finally add your crumble tuna, et voilà!
